New Beginnings & The Current

44 days, and counting.

Then again I'm really not counting. I'm just rather existing in the day to day, attempting to keep myself as busy as I can be & with those I care about as much as possible. In the last month of my life I've repaired, nearly, lost connections and gained new friends and experiences. I've finally realised how much I'm actually going to miss this place I currently call home. The friends that I have are amazing, completely and utterly fantastic. My family is just that, my family. Which it finally dawned on me just how important they are in my life, especially my cousin. But, I'm not going to go off on a soppy rant about that. She knows it already, she doesn't need to randomly discover it on my blog once I leave the States.
I received my visa today, which was a huge relief. It's been one of those things that's always been in the back of my mind. Not that I had any reason to be denied a visa, it was just a little worry. Because that would have set off the whole plan. But, it didn't.

Aside from that, I'm excited to see what the future holds. At the same time, I'm really trying to make the most of the moment I'm living in. It's a tough balance, but it's a struggle that we've all have to figure out.

Cheers!
